The Event

RANT!

WOW. So as usual, I pick some new shows to watch as part of my fall line-up, so I decided to try watching this show. I had faith you know, like with FlashFoward and V. Dude, Flashforward was actually good, I'm kind of sad they cancelled it. And V...wow, ABC kept that shit show?! Anyways, so I decided to try The Event, it's supposed to be 24 + Lost mashup. The name is SO LAME -_-" It's like kind of embarrassing. First couple episodes were "entertaining" but DAMN, I'M ON THE 6TH EPISODE...AND CAN I JUST SAY THAT THE ACTING IS SO BAD?! OMG. I am literally about to not watch the show anymore..................but I just want to know what happens! I guess that's what shows do with previews, so it's working. But I might soon cease to watch this show purely for the fact that the acting is driving me NUTS.

So heyitsabell and nivisaur have started this blog a little bit late into the fall season so we're playing a little catch up until we get current. Please bear with us.

We also have a new author, Mar, who's blogging about everything from UK TV to random ass shows and many vintage reviews. HAHA.

Another, part time writer, serennie is also helping us with some new shows while we catch up old shows from last season. -_-" So far behind! Sorry everyone!

Our posts also might not be immediate after air due to the fact that we don't really have effing televisions. Ironic, I know. It might take us a couple of weeks until we become fully fledged and current.

Between the 3 of us, I think that we are covering a plethora of different shows from over-the-top chick dramas to new hip shows to cartoons and of course off-cable television. If you would like us to review a show, please send us a message and we'll do our best. If you would like to ask to co-author this blog, please ask!

All of our writing styles are different, some outline, others ponder future story lines, some refer back to past seasons, and some are just simple recaps. I think that it will depend on who and what we're writing about. Have fun discerning what you like, and we would really like to hear what you think. Whether you completely disagree or agree with us is up to you!
